• ADULT: 11.5" Wide

1. Pre-press the garment

• Temp: 320°F
• Time: 3–5 seconds
• Pressure: Light–medium
  Removes moisture and wrinkles.

 2. Press the DTF transfer

• Temp: 320°F
• Time: 8–12 seconds
• Pressure: Medium–firm

 3. HOT PEEL the film

• Peel immediately while it’s still hot/warm, not cold.
• Peel fast but steady, back at a low angle.
• If it resists or lifts → press again for 2–3 seconds with more pressure.

 4. Final press (recommended)

• Temp: 320°F
• Time: 5 seconds
• Pressure: Light–medium
  Cover with parchment or Teflon.
  This gives a softer feel and better durability.

Artwork File Requirements – ZMATransfers
We accept all file types, but for the best print quality, we strongly recommend the following:

• Vector files are preferred (SVG, AI, EPS) for the sharpest and cleanest results.
• Raster artwork should be at least 300 DPI to ensure crisp printing without pixelation.
• Tip: If you’re designing in Canva or Procreate, we recommend exporting your artwork as a PDF for optimal quality.

Minimum Detail Size

While DTF printing captures fine detail extremely well, elements smaller than 0.02 inches (0.5 mm) may not transfer cleanly or may lose definition. Please ensure all small text and thin lines meet this minimum threshold.

Washing Instructions - minimum 24 hours after pressing-

• Turn garment inside out.
• Wash in cold water.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener.
• Gentle or normal cycle is fine.

Drying

• For longest life: air dry.
• If using a dryer, use low heat only.
• Avoid high heat — it can weaken the adhesive.

Ironing

• Do not iron directly on the design.
• If needed, turn inside out or place parchment over the print first.

Longevity Tips

• Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Avoid washing with heavy items (jeans, towels).
• DTF prints typically last 50+ washes when cared for properly.
