Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Products & Services

ZMATransfers provides custom-printed DTF transfers made to order based on customer-submitted artwork, sizes, and specifications. Because products are custom, all sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring artwork is print-ready

  • Verifying sizes, colors, resolution, and layout

  • Confirming accuracy before placing an order

ZMATransfers prints artwork exactly as submitted. We do not edit, resize, correct, or modify files. We are not responsible for errors caused by customer-provided artwork.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork or

  • You have legal permission to reproduce and print it

ZMATransfers is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to infringe on intellectual property rights.

Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Standard production turnaround is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping times are separate from production times and are determined by the carrier.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to change pricing, shipping rates, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on all orders unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Florida, USA.

ZMATransfers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are custom printed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Approved replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Pressing, Washing & Product Use

ZMATransfers is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper heat press settings

  • Incorrect application

  • Improper washing or care

  • Garment quality issues

Customers are responsible for following our provided pressing and care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

ZMATransfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
