Because every transfer we produce is custom printed to order, ZMATransfers does not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for you based on the artwork, sizes, and files you submit.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work.

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition and exactly as printed.
If there is an issue caused by our production, we will make it right.

We will replace your order at no cost if:

Your transfer arrives damaged
There is a printing defect
You receive the incorrect item
We made an error on our end

To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will reprint or replace your order promptly.

❗ Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:

Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs uploaded by the customer
Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork submitted by the customer
Errors in the customer’s layout (for gang sheets)
Orders printed exactly as submitted but not meeting expectations
Transfers damaged due to improper pressing or user error
Buyer’s remorse or change of minds
