Because all ZMATransfers products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is produced based on the artwork, sizes, and files submitted by the customer.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work.


100% Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition and be printed exactly as submitted.

If an issue occurs due to an error on our end, we will make it right.
We will replace your order at no additional cost if:

  • Your transfer arrives damaged

  • There is a printing defect

  • You receive the incorrect item

  • A production error occurred on our part


How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will promptly reprint or replace the affected items.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs uploaded by the customer

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork provided by the customer

  • Errors in customer-submitted layouts, including gang sheets

  • Orders printed exactly as submitted but not meeting customer expectations

  • Transfers damaged due to improper pressing, washing, or user error

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

We print exactly what you upload.
ZMATransfers does not edit, resize, or modify artwork.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued for custom-printed items.
In approved cases where a production error is confirmed, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.
